The customer came from a famous Italian company, a manufacturer specializing in hardware accessories. The customer sent us his requirements, and soon after, the Italian customer visited our factory and was very interested in our machines.



Through a series of communications, we customized the packaging machine according to the customer's requirements, and equipped it with auxiliary equipment for thermal transfer. The customer was very satisfied with our customization capabilities and looked forward to our subsequent cooperation.

After receiving an inquiry from a Russian customer about a hardware accessories packaging machine, and confirming the demand with the customer, we immediately formulated a packaging plan. Customers visited the factory and the good performance of the machine was unanimously recognized by customers.
